Abstract Submission Instructions
Please use the provided abstract template when preparing your submission. For best results, paste plain (unformatted) text into the template to preserve its formatting.
Abstracts should not exceed one (1) page in length and must be under 2 MB in file size.
Submit your abstract as a PDF file.
Please be aware that presentation slots are limited.
Each invited talk is allocated a total of 15 minutes, including Q&A. We recommend preparing a 10-12-minute presentation, allowing 3-5 minutes for audience questions.
Student’s talk is focused in 3 minutes with no Q&A, all questions are recommended to be communicated after the student’s session.
Abstract submissions will close at 11:59 PM AEDT on Friday, 29 August 2025.
Submissions will be reviewed by the Abstract Committee following the deadline.
All presenters are required to register for the conference and pay the registration fee by the specified deadline.
